You’ll be part of a supportive team (hello, BCBAs and BAAs!) that’s all about making a real difference one skill, one smile, one success at a time.
🌟 What You'll Be Doing:
Dive into hands-on training in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—we’ve got you covered!
Deliver fun, meaningful ABA therapy in homes, schools, and out in the community.
Team up with BCBAs and BAAs to bring each client’s custom treatment plan to life.
Be open to feedback and grow your skills like a pro.
Collect data like a behavior detective and tweak strategies as needed.
Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills—with plenty of encouragement along the way.
Support and cheer on parents and caregivers too!
🎯 What You Bring:
A high school diploma (bonus points if you have a bachelor’s!).
Already an RBT? Amazing! Not yet? No worries—we’ll help you get certified within 90 days.
Great communication skills and a team-player vibe.
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities? That’s a plus!

💼 What You'll Be Up To:
Craft and guide personalized ABA treatment plans that spark real change.
Lead, supervise, and empower a crew of Behavior Techs, RBTs, and BAAs your dream team!
Dive into assessments, data analysis, and goal adjustments like the behavior science boss you are.
Deliver caregiver coaching with compassion, clarity, and the occasional pep talk.
Keep things ethical, evidence-based, and always client-centered.
🎓 What You Bring to the Table:
A Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field (you smarty!).
Active BCBA certification (required but we bet you already knew that).
Leadership skills that inspire and communication that connects.
Experience working with individuals with autism and supervising clinical staff.
A collaborative spirit and a love for teamwork (and maybe a good office snack now and then).

Behavior Analyst Assistant

Beachmont Behavioral Health (BBH) is looking for a motivated and compassionate Behavior Analyst Assistant (BAA) to join our team of game-changers! If you’re on the path to BCBA certification and looking for hands-on experience that really matters—you’re in the right place.
This mid-level leadership role puts you right in the action, supporting amazing clients, mentoring Behavior Technicians, and learning the ropes alongside experienced BCBAs. It's the perfect stepping stone to a career in ABA leadership!
🔍 What You’ll Be Rocking:
Supervise Behavior Technicians during sessions and help them shine! 💡
Put your ABA skills to work by implementing and fine-tuning individualized treatment plans—with support from your supervising BCBA.
Dive into data like a behavior detective and help adjust strategies to keep things moving forward.
Team up with parents and caregivers to share tools, tips, and lots of encouragement.
Provide feedback and mentorship to techs in a way that builds confidence and skill (think coach, not critic!).
📚 What You Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master’s = bonus points).
You're actively chasing that BCBA certification dream.
A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving chops.
RBT certified? Awesome. Not yet? Still welcome!
Some solid experience in ABA and supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
